Melanie Macartney is a Broker Associate and REALTOR® with Signature Properties Ebner & Associates, helping buyers and sellers throughout Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, Crested Butte South, Almont, and Gunnison.

With a background as an escrow officer, Melanie brings a unique understanding of the transaction process, from contracts and negotiations to the details that help ensure a smooth closing. She is a dedicated problem solver who stays one step ahead, protecting her clients' interests and making even the most complex transactions feel manageable.

Deeply connected to the community, Melanie serves on the Board of Directors for the Gunnison Crested Butte Association of REALTORS® and stays closely involved with the market she serves. Her local knowledge allows her to provide thoughtful guidance and valuable insight to every client.
